Colour: Madras in the Depth colourway features rich, golden mustard hues paired with a warm plum purple as its dominant colours. These are crossed with deeper shades of purple, vibrant orange and soft white, creating a beautifully layered plaid with warmth, contrast and plenty of character. The result is a richly coloured, autumnal palette, balancing golden yellow warmth with deep, moody purples and energetic pops of orange.

Quality: The fabric is a lightweight, plain-weave quality with an open, airy feel without being overly sheer. The 15% linen gives it a slightly textured, natural handle, which will soften with wear and washing over time. The Madras plaid repeats every 23cm vertically and 21cm horizontally, with stripes ranging from fine 1mm lines to wider 45mm bands. This mix of stripe widths gives the pattern its distinctive rhythm and balance, making it a great choice for shirts, dresses, skirts and relaxed summer separates.

Care instructions: Gentle machine wash. Drip dry or tumble dry. Hot iron. Dry cleanable.
