Colour: Picnic Tartan in the Sunrise colourway features a vibrant, bright orangey-red base with a softer rose undertone that takes the edge off its brightness without losing its warmth. The classic tartan pattern combines four fine white stripes grouped together to form a wider band crossed by a dark navy double stripe. The thin stripe running through the pattern is a bright, sunny yellow, adding a cheerful pop of contrast. The check repeats every 6.5cm, giving it a bold, traditional tartan look with a lively twist.

Quality: Woven in a twill, Picnic Tartan has a soft, textured handle, thanks to both the weave and the naturally soft cotton fibres. Its weight gives it a slightly brushed, wool-like feel, making it a lovely option for winter garments without the characteristic itchiness of wool. It would work particularly well for lined coats, warm trousers and other trans-seasonal pieces that call for a little extra substance and comfort.
