Colour: Mulberry Stripe features a rich raisin-toned purple that sits somewhere between deep mulberry and warm brown. A special craft wash softens and mutes the colour, giving it a beautifully worn-in appearance that feels as though it has been loved for years. Running the length of the fabric is an alternating stripe design made up of two different stripe widths. The finer stripe features a 1mm white stripe bordered on each side by delicate 0.5mm black lines. Alternating with this is a wider 6mm stripe, made up of a balanced arrangement of black and white stripes: 0.5mm white, 1.5mm black, 1mm white, 0.5mm black, then mirrored back to create a symmetrical design. Together, the fine and wide stripes repeat approximately every 30mm, creating a classic stripe with subtle vintage character.

Quality: It has a slightly crunchy hand and a dry, tactile finish that gives the fabric plenty of character, while remaining comfortable against the skin and softening further with wear and washing.

The fabric has undergone a craft wash, a finishing process that gently washes and relaxes the cloth after weaving. This softens the fibres, mutes the colour slightly and creates subtle variations throughout the fabric, giving it an authentic, naturally aged appearance rather than a crisp, freshly woven finish.

Care instructions: Hand wash in warm water. Do not soak, bleach or wring. Drip dry or dry without delay away from direct heat. Warm iron. Dry cleanable.
