Clyde is a medium to heavy weight linen. This quality is create by a high quality linen melange yarn. Melange yarn is a type of yarn made by blending fibres of different colours before spinning. It creates this beautiful unique, mottled appearance in colour. The work comes from the French term mixture.
This quality will soften increasingly with wash and wear - like all linen it gets better with time…
