Quality information:
heo is a stretch cord. It is 21 wale meaning it has 21 cord/grooves per inch, this is a way of measuring cord. So the lower the number the thicker the cord stripes will be.
This cord has a really good amount of stretch approx 10%. The wale is very fine is this cord so very subtle compared to a typical cord.
